Waterfront guesthouse located in best corner of resort area in Ráckeve, Hungary - opposite to the souther end of river island with vivid water wildlife (swans, coots, wild ducks , blue herons, etc.)

Extraordinary separation : the only neighbour is the owner living in next house.

On the other side of street lies agricultural land to horizon. Best for 2 through 6 persons - extra beds give accomodation to maximum 10 persons.

First floor : living room with hearth, kitchen, lunch room, bathroom with tub & WC, staircase. Upstairs: vestibule, bathroom with shower & WC, two bedrooms (2/4 , 4/6 resp.), balcony. Kitchen is a high standard american-style one incl. dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, etc.

Unlimited wireless Internet - satellite TV channels. Heating : central warmwater heating & wood hearth. 30m soddy garden walk from terrace door to riverbank with water stands for fishing, bathing. Boat, motorboat available - occasionally or for exclusive daily usage (not incl. in price below).

Others : Riverside camping possibilities - BBQ oven in garden - Closed parking.

Week price for 4 persons (from 10.March to 9.May or from 21.Sept to 31.Oct) : 700.-EUR + utility costs. Workdays only price less than 100.-EUR/day.

Main season +20%, in wintertime 10% less.
